SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and express shipping options depending on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Domestic Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing)

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Anyan Brand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@anyanbrand.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
